I developed the full brand identity for a niche wine & BEER retailer, creating a system that could flex across new product lines and merchandise. The brand came to life through packaging, signage, menus, seasonal collateral, & custom merchandise. all designed to strengthen in-store presence and connect with customers. Alongside the visual identity, I COLLABORATED to CONSTRUCT weekly email campaigns with tailored promotions that achieved a 48% click-through rate and 4.1% conversion, using unique coupon code tracking to measure success. I also conducted ongoing research into customer behavior, adapting the brand’s look and feel to shifting demographics and preferences. The result was a cohesive, evolving brand experience that elevated customer engagement and delivered measurable ROI.
